Aaron grew up in Metairie where he attended St. Martin’s Episcopal School. Aaron was a three sport athlete, lettering all four years in Football, Soccer, and Track. He earned multiple All-District and All-State honors in Soccer and Track. Aaron went on to play Soccer for four years at Millsaps College in Jackson, Mississippi. In 2008, his junior year, he began working for Paul Lacoste Sports. From 2008 to 2010 while working with Paul Lacoste, Aaron trained athletes of all ages including youth, adults, high school and college. His proudest moment working with Paul was being a part of the Fit 4 Change campaign. After graduating from Millsaps in 2010 Aaron stayed on and worked with the Soccer team as Strength and Conditioning Coach. He moved back to New Orleans of December of 2010 and began working as a personal trainer. Aaron earned his CSCS (Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist) in January of 2011 and is currently CrossFit Level 1 certified. Aaron began CrossFit in November of 2011 and never looked back. He wishes to work with High School and Collegiate athletes using CrossFit methods to improve strength and athleticism taking them to levels they never thought possible.
