I hope you guys are doing the oly meet.
Mon: oly + 12 emom evens 8-10 ttb odds 8-10 burpee box jump over. Tuesday: 5 rounds for time 800 m run 30 kbs 2 pd/1.5 30 pull-ups. This is a hard cap of 40 minutes. Many of you will not finish. I would suggest scaling reps each round to 20 and 20 until you have built the volume of gymnastics, but keep the runs at 800m. wednesday: oly + non running z1 20 min friday oly + muscle up technique work 15-20 min sat turkish get up work 12 min then 10 min amrap 20 box jumps 10 thrusters 75/115 20 box jumps 15 thrusters 20 box jumps 20 thrusters 20 box jumps 25 thrusters …..
