As part of any membership with Crossfit NOLA, you get access to our specialty classes. Below are descriptions of the classes and their respective schedules.

We run, row, push, pull, jump, bike and more!  Functional fitness class without the barbell!

Powerlifting

Lower Body: Tues 6pm Cortez St
Upper Body: Thurs 6pm Cortez St

Olympic Lifting

Monday 8:30 am at Burthe St, 5pm and 6pm at Cortez St
Wednesday 8:30 am at Cortez St, 6:00 pm at Magazine  St, 7:30pm at Burthe St
Friday 8:30am at Cortez St, 5:00 pm at Cortez St

Endurance

Running Endurance: Tues 5pm Cortez St and Sat 10am Cortez St
Rowing Endurance: Wed 530pm Burthe St

Cardio Kickboxing

Mobility/Active Recovery
