That workout is suprisingly difficult. Looks easy on the board but extremely difficult! Kicked my ass!

Usually the wkts you think are going to be easy just kill you! I think I thought they were called goblin squats when I first did them. They are more fun to do if you can get a high pitched giggle going when you do your first squat! Comments are closed.
