Warm Up

400 m run
1 length centipedes
1 length jack rabbits
1 length bear crawl
1 length leap frog
1 length crab walks

WOD
Barbara

Five rounds, each for time of:
20 pullups
30 pushups
40 situps
50 squats

Rest precisely three minutes between each round. Post time for each of five rounds to comments.

Just want to let everyone know. If you nevr experience a 45lb with weights bar slap you in the chin like your a dirty little black velcrow booboo ninja count your self lucky. Its not fun TRUST.

Barbara was a BI**H!!

I got 4 rounds in 30:35. That of course is subtracting the rest time.

Cant wait to see what fun is in store for tomorrow's team workout.

Hope everyone is well!! Miss yall. The crossfits where im at dont hold a candle to the atmosphere at NOLA.

And Andy your chin will be sore for about a week. Yea got that t-shirt as well!
