It is important to appreciate the times when you are not doing burpees
Friday

Warm UP:
10 pass thrus
15 overhead squats
1 length walking lunges, touching elbows to ground inside front knee (2 sec hold for each)
1 length centipedes, do pushup at plank position
2 lengths bear crawl, keep nice and low and fast
30 double unders /50 advanced

WOD: 5 Rounds for Time

45/30lb barbell Overhead walking lunges, 50 feet
21 Burpees
Let knee gently kiss the ground on each lunge
