Warm Up: 3 rounds: 5 x Kick up into a handstand or 5 Handstand push ups 5 ring push ups Then 3 rounds: 10 back extensions 10 second L-sit Team WOD - max reps + lbs + calories = total score row for max calories - 5 minutes establish max weight shoulder to overhead - 5 minutes max box jump reps, 30"/24" - 5 minutes max push-up reps - 5 minutes In teams of 2 or 3, if you are in a team of 2 your max weight will be multiplied by 1.5
