A couple notes: A recommendation from Matt Greco and Andrea is to wear some sweat bands on your arms or wrists. I have done this in the past but not on a regular basis. Sweat bands help tremendously with keeping your hands dry and they are well worth a couple bucks. Especially on days with high rep pull-ups and deadlifts, all the sweat just trickles down to your hands with no impedance. Next time you run out to the store, grab a pair of sweatbands and give them a try, more likely than not you will be pleased. Also, you will look completely bad-ass wearing them. Many of you are using the athletic tape that Paul and Jeff provided, which is almost gone. Please donate to the athletic tape fund, either bring in some tape or donate a dollar for more tape.
