Today we will meet at the gym for our warm up before we carpool over to the track at Leonidas and Claiborne.
8 dead hang pull ups
8 ring dips
Pair up and do these UNBROKEN.
The next few weeks, our warm up will be dedicated to our pull/press program. This will help develop our basic proficiency with body-weight exercises and upper body strength and flexibility.
15 rounds for distance of:
Sprint 20 secs
Rest 40 secs
Start each round at previous round's end point.
Jeff Germond 1 mile, 300 meters, Kristan Clever 1 mile 210 meters, Eric and Paul 1 mile 100 meters.
