The Paleo Challenge Begins!

Monday

Warm Up:
2 minutes jump rope
1 minute Samson Stretch
15 air squats
15 burpees

THEN: 3 rounds
10 pullups
10 ring dips
UNBROKEN

WOD: "Kelly"
5 rounds for time of:
Run 400m
30 box jumps 24in./20
30 Wallballs 20lb/14lb
