THEN: Burgener Warm Up 3 Rounds 3 overhead squats 3 pressing snatch balance 3 heaving snatch balance 3 snatch balance WOD: For time 25 Walking lunge steps 20 pull ups 50 box jumps, 20 in. box 20 double unders 25 ring dips 20 knees to elbows 30 kb swings 2 pood/1.5 pood 20 hang squat cleans, 35 lb/25lb dumbbells 25 Back Extensions 30 wall balls/ 20/14lb 20 renegade rows (1 pushup, 1 each pull right and left arm) 35lb/25lb

Also -- this Saturday is the Susan G. Komen Breast Cancer 5K. I'm signing up to run, you should, too! It'll conflict with our team WOD, but it's a good reason to miss it.
