Warm Up: 800m Run/ 1000m row 3 rounds 3 muscle up rows 20 sec L-sit/tuck 5 pistols each leg 10 hip extensions THEN: Burgener 5 sets (for form) 3 high hang snatches + 3 overhead squats WOD: With a continuously running clock do one pull-up the first minute, two pull-ups the second minute, three pull-ups the third minute...continuing as long as you are able.
