Warm Up: 2 minutes jump rope 2 rounds 15 jumping jacks 15 situps 15 air squats WOD: You have 15 minutes to complete a 1 rep max of a Snatch and Clean and Jerk. THEN: As many rounds and reps as possible in ten minutes of: 120lb/80lb Squat clean, 6 reps 12 Pull-ups 24 double unders Add together the best snatch , the best clean and jerk, and the total reps performed in the triplet for your final score. Post score to comments.
