THERE WILL BE NO 430PM CROSSFIT CLASS. (From our gym, go to Oak Street, turn left, then make a right onto Leonidas. Track will be on your left before you hit Claiborne Ave.) Please bring your running shoes, watch, water and a towel. If you have a heart rate monitor you can bring that too! (also, I believe there are no bathrooms, so take care of what you need to unless you don't mind being "one with nature". It's not supposed to rain today, but if it's raining at 415pm then we will just meet at the gym.
