12 kettlebell swings
15 lunges
8 overhead squats

WOD:
"Barbara"
five rounds, each for time of:
20 Pull ups
30 push ups
40 situps
50 squats

Rest precisely 3 minutes between each round

PEANUT BUTTER BACON BURGER!

Hey everyone! After I last had one of those at Yo Mamma's about 2 months ago, I RAVED about it at school and at CrossFit. Well, tomorrow following the group workout, my friends from school want to go to Yo Mamma's, and I wanted to let you all know so you could come if you wanted to, as well!!

I'm not sure if we'll go directly from xfit or fit in time for a shower, but let me know if you wanna go and if you need a ride!!

I just re-read the post. In case it wasn't clear, I'm planning to go tomorrow lunchtime after the team WOD. And sorry for the late notice!
