Saturday Team Workout


Warm-Up


Run 400 m or Row 500 m


Then


2 min of Handstand Practice (freestanding or against wall, or walking on hands)
2 min of L-sit, L-tuck practice
2 min of 2 for 1 wall ball
2 min of Hollow Rocks
2 min of Ring Dip


Team Workout


In teams of 2 or 3


Row 1500 m, you can only pull 15 strokes at a time
90 knees to elbows
90 3/4 bodyweight deadlift
90 GHD sit ups
90 Sumo deadlift high pull 75/55
90 Thrusters 45/33
90 Burpees
