Warm Up: 800m Run 10 Burpee Pullups 2 Lengths Lunging Pass Thrus 10 Overhead Squats Strength: 2 sets of 5 easy, deadlift 1 set of 3, heavier, deadlift Deadlift 3-3-3 WOD: Tabata Weighted pullup, 30lb/20lb dumbbell Rest 1 minute Tabata Weighted Squat, 45lb/35lb plate Rest 1 Minute Tabata Weighted ring dip, 30lb/20lb dumbbell Rest 1 Minute Tabata Deadlift, 165/115lb The Tabata interval is 20 seconds of work followed by 10 seconds of rest for 8 intervals.
