Warm Up: Run 800m 3 rounds 10 Overhead Squats 10 Pull ups 10 Back Extension 10 Ring Dips In teams of 3 or 4 Two rounds for time of: Run 400 meters 20 Jumps over 24” Box 20 Dumbbell squat cleans, 45/25 lb. 20 Push-ups, hand must release from floor 40 yard Lunge (4 lengths of the gym) Comments are closed.
