I know some more are coming. First workout is released on Tuesday at 7 pm. You will have until Sunday at 7pm to register, complete your workout, and have it verified.... Don't get scared
8-10 strict pullups, unbroken
8-10 ring dips, unbroken
15 sec L-sit or practice your handstand walk
If you can do strict pullups, do chest to bar. If you can't do strict pushups, do pushups instead of ring dips.
10 minutes, Mobility
