Friday For Sectional Competitors: Instead of the strength aspect, you will work on Snatch movements. Your WOD will be an easy mile or 2 mile run. Warm Up: 3 rounds 20 double unders 10 burpees Shoulder Press: 5-5-5-5-5 WOD: Run 5k Intermediate: 2 miles Beginner: 1 mile Mollie, Paul, and Brad from the CrossFit NOLA team and Vincent (visiting from Denver) completed the first Sectionals WOD Thursday afternoon!
