With the large numbers of people that are beginning to attend classes, we ask that you PLEASE sign up for your classes! We would like only 10 people per class so the coaches are able to do their job and give equal attention to everyone. Also, we ask that you come in and get warmed up quickly. We program so you are able to get the most out of your hour and the warm up and skill work are meant to help you get through your WOD with more ease.
