Warm Up 800m run/1000m row 2 rounds 10 med ball cleans 10 wall balls 10 good mornings 10 pushups WOD: 5 rounds 5 dumbbell deadlifts 5 dumbbell hang cleans 5 dumbell push press 5 dumbbell squats Increase the load each round. Rest as necessary between rounds.

Is this a timed WOD? How does the time component work?

I didn't do this WOD at noon, but it didn't seem to be "for time" for the noon class. You have 5 rounds and try to up the weight of the dumbbells for each round.
