Sectional competitors: Try a few from ground going up to WOD sectional weight: Don't overdo it today. If you are unable to Snatch for WOD, you may clean and jerk. Mentally prepare for what you will do in competition.
With a continuously running clock, do 1 pullup on the 1st minute, 2 on the second, 3 on the 3rd, and so on as long as you are able. ( yes you can kip)
