Warm Up: 750m row (last 250, fast) 15 burpee pushups 10 pass thrus, pvc 10 overhead squats, pvc Then: Burgener Warm Up 3 rounds 3 High HangPower Snatch + 3 overhead Squats, Then 1 Power Snatch from Ground WOD: AMRAP 10 minutes 60 Bar Facing Burpees 30 Overhead Squats 120/90lb 10 Muscle Ups We will scale the workout for those at the 10am class, so don't worry if you have never done these movements before. 11am: Sectional Competitors: Come in and get your warm up in sometime in the 10am hour. Do some light snatch practice and do one or two reps at WOD weight. You may do the 10am warm up , just don't overdo the heavy snatch and overhead practice.
