Paul Bremond is going to participate in a Fight Gone Bad fundraiser workout on the Northshore at CrossFit No Surrender, on May 14th. If you are interested in going out for a great workout, keep that Saturday open. We will see about carpooling there in the near future.
400 m run
2 rounds of Bar Bell Complex:
Bar Bell Complex= 6 consecutive rounds of (Squat Clean +Thruster + Back Squat + Thruster) then 6 pushups
rest 1 minute between the 2 rounds
Overhead Squat 1-1-1-1-1
Front Squat 1-1-1-1-1
Back Squat 1-1-1-1-1
Try to increase weight for each of the 15 sets.
