Recognize anyone you know in this L-1 Cert picture from this past weekend?
Monday Today it is very important that you sign up for class. If you do not sign up, you will not get to work out. This WOD calls for specific equipment and there is only time enough for 2 rounds per class period. It will be stricly enforced that the number of people in class is limited to the sign in. If a class is full, sign up for next available class. Please be on time, and get the warm up done quickly. Warm Up: Run 400m or Row 500 m 15 Burpees 15 Wallballs 15 Jump Squats Pair up and set up stations: WOD: "FIGHT GONE BAD" Three rounds of: Wallball 20/14lb 10' target Sumo Deadlift High Pull 75/55lb Box Jump 20'' box Push Press 75/55lb Row (cal) In this workout you move from each of the five stations after a minute. The clock does not reset or stop between exercises. This is a five minute round from which one minute break is allowed before repeating. On call of "rotate", the athletes must move to next station immediately for best score. One point is given for each rep, except on the rower where each calorie is one point. Add points for total score.
