If you sign up but don't use it, your beyond the whiteboard membership will be suspended, we have to pay based on the amount of people that sign up I have put a feed to todays leader board in this post! Warm Up: run 800m 10 air squats 10 burpees 10 pushups 10 Good mornings WOD: "Crossfit Total" Back Squat, 1 rep Shoulder Press, 1 rep Deadlift, 1 rep You have 3 attempts for each lift to achieve your 1 rep max.
