Yesterday at 6:30 am, we had 12 people sign up and 7 show up for class. That is 5 no shows. Please be courteous to each other. If you sign up, please make it to class or cancel your reservation. Chronic offenders will earn burpees if they no show to a class and don't notify us or change/cancel their reservation.

3 sets: 3 muscle snatch + 3 overhead squats
5 sets: 3 position Squat snatch
WOD: 7 rounds
35 double unders (singles x 3)
Make 1 snatch attempt per round.
