Tomorrow (Thursday) all evening classes through Sunday will be canceled. Please check the posted schedule! We will post a WOD everyday that you can do at home, or at the track. You can even come to the gym and run the routes you know from there, but the gym will be closed. The Crossfit NOLA team will be competing Friday, Saturday and Sunday at the regional competition in Tomball, TX but we will be back on Monday for the 530am classes! Warm Up: 2 rounds 800m run 25 jumping jacks 20 mountain climbers Strength: Push Press 3-3-3 WOD: 5 rounds 1 rope climb 30 flutter kicks ( or 10 x 3) 25 push ups
