Thursday 730am, 12 noon classes All evening classes canceled. (430, 530, 630, 745) Warm Up: 800m run (2 laps around a track) 2 rounds 15 jump squats 10 suicides Suicide: Get in push up position. Drop right arm, then left arm to plank position. Press back up, right arm first, then left. Keep core tight entire movement. 1 repetion is both arms down and both arms up. 15 situps WOD: 100 Burpees for Time Post time to comments or to BTWB while Crossfit NOLA is away. We will check your progress!
