50 jumping Jacks
20 mountain climbers
(Mountain climbers: Get your hands and feet on floor in pike position (butt in air), head down. Bring right foot to right hand while left foot is back, then alternate quickly by bringing left foot to left hand and right foot back.)
15 Squat Jumps
10 Push ups
20 Supermans ( lay on your stomach and bring your hands and feet up, as if you were superman, then bring your hands and feet back down to ground)
WOD: AMRAP 20 minutes (do as many rounds as possible in 20 minutes)
30 air squats
