Try putting weight overhead for 20 reps. It takes balance, power, strength, accuracy, coordination, flexibility, speed, and agility. I'd say 8 of the 10 physical fitness skills makes for a WOD that is not dumb.

I actually like the WOD because the only way to get better at double unders is to keep doing them. Question: If I wanted to get my own jump rope where would you recommend getting one? All the ones at the gym are a little long for us short people!
