Tuesday Warm Up: 5 to 7 mins 400m run 15 Jump Squats 10 Pass Thrus 2 lengths centipede 2 lengths Bear Crawl 2 lengths Crab Walk Strength: Back Squat Testing (20 min) Warm-up and then try to find a weight you can do a set of 8-10 reps with good form. If you know your 5-rep max, try going down in weight about 5 or 10% from there. Record your weight and reps completed. We will use this info next week (and the week after!). WOD: (20 min cutoff. Scale burpee/box jump numbers as needed) 3 rounds Row 500m 25 Burpees 25 Box Jumps 24"/20" Run 400m Below is a video of our entry to the Rogue Fitness Steak eating contest, it is not work/family safe, and it is a little long, viewer discretion is advised. Unfortunately, it appears we did not win, we were about half a pound short.
