Warm Up: 10min AMRAP 400m run 5 kips (kip only keeping feet together and body rigid. Do not pullup over bar.) 5-10 Pass Thrus 10 Overhead Squats (PVC) Mobility Stretching Strength: Strict Pullups Find a band or added weight you can do 3 sets of between 5 and 8 reps with. Rest 2-3min between sets. Work on mobility during rest time. If you did these on Monday and were successful, do same set. Add 1 rep per set if possible. WOD: Squat Clean and Jerk 1-1-1-1-1-1-1
