Warm Up Run 400 or Row 500 3 rounds: 5 muscle up rows or 3 muscle ups 10 pistols (5 each leg) 15 second L-sit 10 back extensions Team WOD Teams of 4... Also, Melissa V needs another helper to move a couch on Sunday, Jeff already volunteered, but she things we need one more. Let Jeff know if you will be around on Sunday.
