Team WOD 10am Teams of 3-5 people. 4 Stations, each team has 10 minutes at each station to find the specified max for each team member. Score is total maxes per team divided by number of team members (so much math!): Station #1: Max height box jump Max kettlebell swings unbroken (heavy KB, weight used for "Nate") Station #2: Max time ring L-sit hold (sub L-tuck) Max time pull-up bar hold (bottom of a pull-up) Station #3: Max distance farmers carry (50lbs DBs/35lbs DBs) Max distance one-handed waiters walk (45lbs DB/25lbs DBs) Station #4: Max distance Yolk walk (+100lbs, just yolk) Max height wallball throw (use heavier wallball than you usually do in a WOD) After all the math, the winner was Team 3!
