Warm Up 5-7 mins
20 double unders (60 singles)
Max L-sit, L tuck or Hollow Rock on Rings, hanging from bar, or parallets
(If any of these are too difficult, do a Max Plank hold on ground)
Strength: Back Squat
If last set last week was more than 5, add 5-10 lbs. If not, repeat last week's weight.
WOD: AMRAP 20 minutes
12 L-Pull ups
Scale reps and time as needed.
