Warm Up: 1 Round 400m Run 15 Air Squats 15 Push Ups Strength: Strict Pullups 3x5 If Friday was successful do same resistance/weight. Add 1 rep per set if possible. Once you reach 3x10, decrease the band size, or increase weight and aim for 3x5 at the new weight/resistance.
