Warm Up 800m run 10 GHD situps 5 pistols, each leg 10 burpees 15 kipping pullups Skill: "Goat" Choose a skill you can do 1 to 3 reps on the minute every minute for 15 minutes. Record your reps. If you have been consistent with your reps over the last few weeks, try adding one rep. If you have been failing toward the end of the set, try holding the rep count you set. WOD: Overhead Squat 3-3-3-3-3
