The Disposable Heroes Project is hosting a 5k obstacle course in Hammond. The event is open to all ages and looks like it will be a ton of fun! Registration is here and there are still time slots available. Get some friends together and go play outside! All proceeds go to The Disposable Heroes Project, raising money for wounded warriors. Thursday Warm Up: 5-7 min Amrap 10 Du's Beginner/20 Du's Adv 7-10 pass thrus 7-10 good mornings pvc/bar 25 lunges 200m run Burgener: (20 mins) Adv: Squat Snatch 3-3-3-1-1-1 Beg: 5 sets (light to moderate weight) 1 power snatch from high hang 1 power snatch from mid thigh 1 power snatch from floor 1 overhead Squat If time is left: Try putting it all together with 3 position Squat Snatch WOD: 12 min AMRAP 400m Run 5 Deadlifts The deadlifts should be heavy and about 80 to 85% of your one rep max.
