Monday Warm Up: 3 rounds 200m run 7 Pass Thrus 7 Pushup Plus (on knees or feet) 7 jump squats 7 Scapula pullups (protraction, retraction) Strength: Overhead Squat 2x5, 1x5+ Use 10% less than last weeks weight and use the same weight for the entire set. If you did not do this last week, find a weight you can do a not extremely taxing set for 8 to 10 reps. And what's scary is that she weighs 130 ... imagine squat snatching your bodyweight or more 30 times in under 10 minutes??
