2 lengths lunging samson stretch w/pvc
2 lengths duck walk
raises, rotations, press, bench etc...
Strength: Overhead Squat
WOD: (25 min cutoff)
4 rounds (Int/3 rounds, Beg/10 reps)
15 Thrusters 95/65lb
