Next Saturday (10/22) is Barbells for Boobs, there will be no group class at 10 am. We will start heats of "Grace" at 11 am and cook some food afterwards. Sign Up Here Company Burger and Lululemon are sponsoring the event with prizes for the winners of scaled and Rx catagories Warm Up: 10 pulls on the rower 10 pullups 10 pushups 10 wall squats 10 Front Squats w/Bar 10 Thrusters w/Bar Skill: 15 minute Goat Chose a skill you can complete 1 to 3 reps on the minute every minute for 15 minutes. WOD: 3 rounds 30 double unders (90 singles) 10 Front Squats 155lb/100lb 10 burpees
