200m run 10 leg swings/each leg 10 Wall Squats 3 Wall Climbs 200m run Couch stretch/Both legs, 1 min each Skill/Strength: Goat 10 min On the minute, every minute, do 1-3 reps of skill of choice. Try more reps this week as the goat is shorter. WOD: 5 rounds 5 Box Jumps, As high as possible 6 tire flips 10 Goblet Squats 1.5/1 pood 15 lateral Burpees Extra Credit: 400m Run for time
