Saturday WOD: Warm-up: Run 400/Row 500 Bear crawl Duck walk Mobility Work In teams of 2 or 3 (teams of 3 must carry a plate), complete max reps at 5 different 5-minute stations: 1: While Partner A does 2 lengths waiter's walk (one way L, one way R), Partner B does AMRAP of Knees to Elbows. Score is Knees to Elbows. 1 minute to switch stations/rest. 2: While Partner A does 10 95/65 squat cleans, Partner B does AMRAP double unders. Score is double unders. 1 minute to switch stations/rest. 3: While Partner A does 20 1.5/1 pood kettle bell swings, Partner B does AMRAP row for calories. Score is calories rowed. 1 minute to switch stations/rest. 4: While Partner A does 20 24"/20" box jumps, Partner B does AMRAP 20/14 pound wall ball shots. Score is wall ball shots. 1 minute to switch stations/rest. 5: While Partner A does 200m sandbag sprint, Partner B does AMRAP push ups. Score is push ups. Comments are closed.
