(Jefferson Playground) Warm up: 3 rounds 10 KB Goblet Squats, 1 pood 10 lateral jumps over kb Then: 4x 100 m strides (25, 50, 75 and 100%) Strenth: Front Squats 2x5, 1x5+ If you got more than 5 reps on your last set last week, go up 5 or 10lbs. WOD: 12min AMRAP 3 Front Squats 185/95 6 Burpees 9 Pullups Then: Immediately after, 800m Run for time

Will the full results from Fittest on the Northshore ever be published or did they only calculate the top 3 finishers?
