Thursday Warm up: 400m Run 2x100m Strides 10 burpees 2x 100m strides 10 burpees Strength: 3 sets 5 to 10 Pushups, rest 2 mins between sets Use weight or mats as necessary. Standard is chest to floor. Arms are locked to full extension at the top. Do mobility between sets: hip drills w/bands, wall stretch WOD: 3 rounds Run 800m Rest exactly 2 mins between sets.
