Saints Playoff Saturday
Warm Up: Jog 400m 10 Lunging Pass Thrus 10 Figure 8's 10 Bar Good Mornings 10 Wall Squats 10 Jump Squats AHAP 10 Pull Ups 10 Push Ups Run 400m Group mobility WOD: GO SAINTS!! Teams of Two (One plate/KB per team) 31-Minute AMRAP: 3 Rounds (= 1 FG) 3 Burpee Broad Jumps 3 Pull Ups 3 Goblet Squats then 7 Rounds (= 1 Touchdown) 7 Push Ups 7 KB Swings 7 KB SDHP Each team of two will work for four 7-minute "quarters", with one minute rest between each "quarter". Each team will have to carry a plate for the entire 31 minutes; any "fumble" requires an immediate 20 burpee penalty (10 per partner). Teammates will switch working/holding the plate after each round is finished. After each quarter, the teammate who was holding the plate will pick up exactly where the working teammate left off. Team score is total Touchdowns and Field Goals.
