10am Group WOD 11am: 2012 Crossfit Games Competitors!! You may come in and warm up as early as 10am. First heat will begin just shortly after 11am. Warm Up: On your own 400m run 10 Pullups 10 Pushups 10 Jump Squats 10 Wall Balls ROLL OUT/Stretch/Favorite Mobility WORKOUT 12.1 Complete as many reps as possible in 7 minutes of: Burpees This workout begins from the standing position. The Athlete will move from flat on the ground to touching an object with both hands that is 6 inches above their max reach. Score is total reps completed.
