Powerlifting Saturday at 9am Uptown, Sunday 2pm Midcity.
Active Recovery Sunday 3:30pm Midcity.
Saturday Team WOD
WU: walk to one-way sign, sprint back. Repeat 2 times.
10 wall squats
10 sit ups
Mobility: birth the wall, overhead stretch, paleo squat for 3 minutes.
In teams of 4 for time (limit is 30 mins)
200 sit ups
200 kettlebell swings (24/16kg)
200 push press 95/65
100 overhead squats 95/65
Run 400m together carrying one 25lb plate.
Only one person can work at a time and all movements must be completed in order. Once the team is done with the overhead squats, they run together for 400m carrying 1 plate. The plate must pass between all members at least once, but cannot touch the ground. Time stops when the last person re-enters the gym.
